Look honey, I paid for the full hour so less talky and more touchy.
Country style pork ribs and a freshly tossed garden salad.
Braised country ribs served with gravy over mashed potatoes.

I took a leftover smoked country style pork rib and sliced it thin and made myself a couple of bbq pork sandwiches. The wife had a salad.
Tonight I made a chef's salad for dinner.

I ordered a pizza. It was surprisingly good.
We had Taco Bell.

I'm a brave man and having leftover pizza from last night.
I plan on taking a meat hammer and pounding flat some boneless skinless chicken thighs tonight. I'll rub them down with garlic and coarse pepper and fry them in butter on the Blackstone. I'll melt Swiss cheese on the thighs and serve them up for sandwiches. The wife on her low carb bread and I will have mine on a seven coarse grain bread.
Tonight the Mrs is making a pot of oxtail stew.
The wife is doing a chicken chili in the crockpot.
Out to a new restaurant in the neighborhood tonight.
