I took the last of the pulled pork that I didn't freeze and added a couple of cans of pinto beans, chili seasoning, hot sauce, and some diced jalapenos. I added enough water to let it simmer about fifteen minutes or so. I then rolled the mix in tortillas with some Velveeta cheese, poured the extra chili mix over the burritos and sprinkled with shredded cheddar and zapped each plate until the cheese was melted... 45 seconds or so.
