Well my mother's flower arrangement guy got COVID, he had to cancel the class. So we are going to devour what she made just for him, may he recover fast.

I am too full.
And too sleepy.
I smoked some wings for 90 minutes, then crisped up the skins in the oven on air fry.
We had a couple cheeseburgers.

I took the remaining smoked pork loin slice and sliced it super thin, add bbq sauce, and zapped it in the microwave for a sandwich.

Bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers for an appetizer. Chicken enchiladas for main.

Everything was spectacular. All purchased at the Costco.

Tacos, I made tacos with key lime yogurt ontop for everyone, but they where just like "nah go right ahead.."
I can't blame them for that. 
Sour cream maybe....
We are having sandwiches. The wife bought a variety of wafer cut meats. It's too hot to cook a big meal.

Sandwiches again tonight. I plan to have my sandwich rolled in a tortilla tonight. Some shredded iceberg and cheddar and some diced jalapeno for a change of pace.

Had left overs tonight.
Smoked bacon wrapped chicken thighs stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno. We had some smoked asparagus spears for a side.
