What's for dinner ?

We went out for some seafood, today, after the Boss Lady's doctor's appointment.
I had fried catfish, mixed vegetables and coleslaw. She opted for whiting, fries and slaw.

I made some tuna and noodles.

Made two patties of black bean hamburgers with cheese on them with a small bag of pretzels:

We ate at my favorite Mexican restaurant tonight. Taco salad for the wife and deluxe burrito and a side order of rice for me. They make their own chips and salsa that is always special.

Turkey Keiv type dish stuffed with stuffing and cranberries, and I split a sweet potato with my mother, and we had extra cranberries with it.

Pasta salad with apple pie for dessert.

I made meatloaf and mashed taters w/green beans last nite.

For decades, I was able to eat the meal I ordered last night and a bucket of chips. I still order the meal but I bring half of it home and have it for dinner the following night.... which was tonight. I had to furnish my own chips and dip but the burrito and chili and rice was still very good.

A real burger.

I don't know exactly what a "real burger" is, but my son drove home from college for the weekend, and his only request was that I cook him a "real burger" for dinner. So I made him burgers on the grill like I've always made. 😍
