What's for dinner ?

Tomorrow night we try our new and only true steakhouse in town. It is my wife's birthday and we thought we would give the establishment a try. They are just now entering their sixth month of business. I have always thought that the size of my little town that's now over 26,000 strong might be large enough to entice a Texas Roadhouse or a Longhorn steak house. Wichita has multiples of both restaurants but none are close to home. Instead, we get a privately owned establishment. It's a new building and I understand it's very nice inside. The FB crowd aren't cutting them any slack. The reviews aren't all that favorable. I don't mind what it costs, but when I go out to eat a steak, I want it to be close to being a decent experience.

We went out to some Disney themed park, about 5 miles from the actual Disney World Park. Went past several places and finally wound up at some dinosaur themed place.
I had a steak, but I gotta admit that the burnt ends, from the first place, sounded really tempting.

On a side note, we've never been frisked before getting to eat dinner before. The Boss Lady had to go for a second round inspection.

We tried the new steakhouse. It wasn't fantastic but it was pretty good. Prices were in line with competing restaurants and being local was nice. The wife had a ribeye that she said was cooked to her liking and was just okay for tenderness. I had a chicken fried steak that was very good.
