Root What's New!

Someone sent me a text last night and this popped up in my apps "what's New" does anyone know what this is? it doesn't serve any purpose at all, a little red widget with a ! on it.....

If this is the same "Whats new" app as my old Mpcs phone it is the worst and most annoying app ever... Just delete it, it will constantly give you information on random events that you don't care about.

Thanks a lot!
