Trees are just now turning here. It'll be a couple of weeks before they are in full color. I hope that we don't have the normal gusty winds that strip the trees in a couple of days.

I had 26 when I drove into work this morning.
Cold and gloomy here today. Temps in the low fifties with a brisk wind from the North. Man the leaves are falling.
Indian Summer until Saturday night according to my weather app.
Now that is just plain ugly!
It's much better here. Rain in the forecast for the weekend but it's nice now. 60° with no wind and partly cloudy.
Friday night we had some pretty serious storms with flash flooding that surprised a lot of folks. They were stronger than forecast ... so today, the weatherfolks have issued all kinds of dire warnings for storms tonight and tomorrow. Pretty much the same setup as Fridays.
I've come to the conclusion that Mother Nature gets a kick out of making meteorologists look foolish.

I'm getting a new roof tomorrow. No rain in the forecast. Olbriar's prediction.. 5+ inches of torrential rain.
Murphy is my older brother. He predicts six inches.I thought that was Murphy's?
Fluctuating so madly I'm not sure when to wear thermal underwear. Tonight or tomorrow morning depending on how you look at it though. Accuweather is predicting "Real Feel" in the 30s when I'm at work and coming back home. 
We received our first dusting of snow today. It was too warm for it to stick. That works for me. Temps hovering just above freezing most of the day.
32 now, going up to 45-ish and, yup, rain!

FWIW last week's rain put us over the all-time rainfall totals for the year over 1972 when hurricane Agnes laid waste to much of the mid-Atlantic. And we still have two months to go ... and it's raining right now.
