What's the weather like where you are?

According to Google, my normal 40 minute commute is going to take me 40 minutes plus an additional hour and 34 minutes to get home. The traffic map is so red it looks like PA has varicose veins.

Bone chillin'.

Thanksgiving Day started out around 20°F and never got above 26°F. Last night it went down to 10°F (that's around -12°C). The pond is frozen solid. It's the first time I've had to shut it down in November. Some years I can keep it going until Christmas, but usually it's around the 2nd week of December when it stays cold long enough for the waterfall to freeze.

That's not at all encouraging. :( It was in the low sixties here yesterday and should be warmer today. However, the warmth is on the front end of rain. Barometer is falling like a rock.

I was on my truck last night and woke up shivering. I had fallen asleep watching Netflix . I checked and found the temperature was a cool crispy 25 degrees out looks like tonight will be cooler:saddroid:

So I have been in Tennessee for a few days. My truck has what is called a sleeper berth, it's basically a living sleeping, changing area. There is a bunk bed where drivers sleep. So on each bed are two little windows you can open to let air in
So Sunday I have the windows rolled down, the windows in the sleeper breth open. Sunday night when I went to bed I closed all the windows expect the two windows on top.
Since it had been fairly warm out. I turned off the truck. I have blankets I figured if it got cold out I would be good.
I woke up a few hours later because I was shivering so hard
