What's this icon next to only some of my apps? It's a heart with a circle. It is also next to all my bookmarks as well.

what phone do you have? what happens when you press one of those apps on the screen? does it just launch the app? nothing?

The heart with a circle thing looks like the "digital wellbeing" icon - a tool to track stuff like how much time you spend looking at the screen. What you might do to attach that to all of these icons I don't know (but I don't use One Ui Home, the stock Samsung launcher, so it may be something that that launcher does when you have some digital wellbeing option turned on).

I guess the other heart (pink in top corner) is some theme you've applied?
