What's with Flash

Flash was released out of beta today. You can see it in appbrain or androlib, The market won't let a droid download it, yet if you install the apk outside the market, it works well. Motorola, Verizon or Adobe is specifically blocking our phone from downloading flash from the market. Anyone know why?

i think since the ota hasnt finished and they plan on sending out a second ota they want every droid to be officially on froyo then they'll release flash in the market for download for droid. currently its only on market for nex1

I found the APk file here: Flash_v10.1.92.8.apk It seems to be working fine; the performance seems better than the last beta I had installed, which is to be expected.
