Help whats wrong with sprints network

Hello everyone just wanted to see if there was anyone else that lives in amarillo texas thats having the same horrible coverage I have. I'm not see any difference between my Evo running on 4g vs my hero running on 3g. I love the phone but I just don't know if I can bring myself to keep it after these test. Here are the speed test results. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them. Thanks for everyones time.

I get sporadic rates as well. Only thing I can think of and this is according to Sprint as well...if you live in an area with many buildings, it's harder for the 4G signal to penetrate and be stable.

I was getting two bars when I was testing. The signal does go from two to one throughout the day. Even when I'm in a three bar spot I've only got 2200kbs down one time the rest are down around 1000kbs.
