Does this happen everytime you turn the phone off then back on?
What device do you have? Can you pull the battery out, wait a minute, then reinsert and turn it back on?
Have you deleted or downloaded something recently?
We would love to help you with your, what sounds like, a bootloop.

my samsung doesnt work, it turns on but it will not get me to the HOME of home'the welcome to samsung thingy always repeats..
Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll find some helpful posts on here. Also, if I were you, in this type situation, I would most likely get the device checked out or replaced.

First thing that comes to mind are you rooted? If so did you flash a Rom or tinker with the in system files and have a nandroid backup?
