Ya but t-mobile charges you by megabytes used. If you log into my t-mobile, and look at your data usuage its based on megabytes. No?Just so everyone knows those speeds are megabits not megabytes. I like to use the kB (kilobyte) setting not Mb (megabit) or kb (kilobit) when downloading content on a pc you usually see speed in kB or MB (megabyte) never in Mb or kb. So it may be a good idea to standardize our speeds. I vote that we use speeds in kB. But I've noticed some post in kb and some in Mb. kB is a more known measurement IMHO
I average 250 - 350 kB but can get as much as 600 - 700 kB (4.8 - 5.6 Mb). For anyone wondering there are 8 bits in a byte.
Last 2 tests (in kB)
237.8 dwn - 47.7 up (1.9 Mb dwn)
259.8 dwn - 52.6 up (2.1 Mb dwn)
Around 300 kB is pretty good it's like a full song dl in under half a min
