Not really a blog but there is a good app and website you need to check out. Appbrain.com

androidcentral is a good one that i read, also, THIS site has Phandroid, not a ton of activity, but all good stuff.

Best option: I use Google Alerts and have google go and find all my reading materials for me, and then email them to me
