Whats your Qaudrant score?

i did it twice. The first time i got 1425 and the second time i got 1735

Same here, first run was 15xx, second was 17xx, then had two 18xx.

Quadrant is kind of fickle, but from what I've been seeing, looks like these things will average right around 1900.

If you do not exit out of the app, kill it and restart, it will climb up and peak. The middle of the climb is probably the most accurate- IF you do concurrent tests without backing out. Need to back out and kill the app to get accurate measures.

If you have the N64 app, test out the following N64 games to test how powerful the chip really is. Hummingbird and Tegra 2 play the following games smooth (Tegra is very smooth):

NFL Blitz 2001
Golden Eye
Beatle Racing

Mario and Mario cart plays smooth even on the Incredible at stock speed, so not good games to test.

Suggest running 5 tests and back out & kill the app each time. Average should be about right then.

I just did what Rushmore suggested and a low of 1714 and a high of 1859. The average of 5 was 1788.

I got the same result testing a VZW demo. This means the TB is about 50% better in performance than the Inc. Wonder how good the cpu only performance is? This will be key for emulator and Flash performance.

Yeah, my Inc was around 1200. The TB is a great upgrade. Can you run a custom test that only tests the CPU?

Somebody test the N64 app and this will show the REAL cpu power :)

Goldeneye
NFL Blitz 2001
NBA Live
Beetle Racing
Offroad Racing

Hummingbird and especially Tegra 2 have no problem with these games playing smooth with sound active.

If the TB plays these games smooth, the cpu is good :)

Again, Mario and Mario Kart play smooth on my speed challenged Incredible, so not good games to test.

What app is used to calculate this score?

Quadrant. The free version does a total weighted score, but no way to know the weight for each test. Key one would be the actual CPU test result, since that is more important for most functions than the GPU (most apps are not optimized for the GPU, or can leverage if wanted to).

Just wait till we have root. I am getting over 1800 with inc running gingerbread.

Not overclocked? Due to 4G and a 4.3" LCD, overclocking the TB would seem counterproductive, unless carrying spare batteries or near a power socket.

Seems for "99%" of people, the TB is more than fast enough now :)
