if you go to Settings>Apps and click on the Running tab, it should show you at the bottom. I'm sitting on about 210 usually.

Seems pretty normal. That's where mine stays around anyway..

Well, more around 300 now that i stopped using swiftkeyx and went to Swype
(swiftkeyx takes around ~30MB for me)

What is everyone's total RAM: both running and cached? Added together, I only get 695MB; does ICS allot the remaining RAM to crucial system processes and not report it?
