whats your uptime?

My first DROID rebooted about every 5 minutes, whether it needed to or not. :p Took it back 24 hours later. My second one hasn't rebooted on its own for over 5 weeks. Runs perfectly! :)

I had to reboot several times yesterday to show off my new boot animation screen. :cool:
 
I reboot once a week for two reasons:

1) I come from the world of BlackBerry, where a battery pull was a common practice...so for me a reboot is easy...and it's kind of a force of habit.

2) Just piece of mind.

I had the phone reboot once on its own, the first week I owned it, but it hasn't done that since.
 
i had a stand alone battery charger, and keep a seperate battery in it.. when this one gets about 20%, i swap the batteries instead of connecting a charger.. so im doing a reboot atleast once a day, but not due to problems.
 
96 hours. The first couple weeks was usually less than 24 hours because I would use the thing nonstop and by the time I got home it was almost dead. So I would swap batteries with my wife and put hers on the charger. I'm getting better now.
 
140:51:35.... i mean 140:51:36...

Only time I have to reboot is when my phone gets stuck in headphone mode and I can't hear the caller. Other than that it runs perfect.
 
6 hours and some change. I power cycle every morning after a fresh charge and leave it off for 30 minutes. These are computers after all and they need that power cycle to wipe the RAM, should the system be holding onto any. And since these phones rarely get turned off, I like to give the device a rest once a day :) Just my way of taking care of it.
 
Initially I was rebooting it every 2-3 days, while playing with lots of different apps and settings but for testing purpose this time I am not rebooting it and installing/deinstalling as many apps as possible.

Results are pretty impressive, I have no problem so far (except HOME++ asks FC/wait, which I always choose to wait).

(Total apps currently installed 29; Verizon 3G data usage for last month: 2,132.590MB
 
I'm at 8 hours at the moment. It would probably be closer to 100-150 but my phone wouldn't wake up no matter what I tried so I have to pull the battery.
 
You can turn it off!!?? I never tried that!

Wow, you can check how much data you used? I am such a slacker. Lucky thing I am unlimited.
 
150:11:40 .. I reboot fairly often, usually due to poorly built apps.. I should avoid those devs, wish we had a list of apps to AVOID.
 
I am a huge fan of rebooting after uninstalls and installs - which I do alot of with this phone ...I am an appdroid whore.
I have made it about a business week (5 days or so). I have only HAD to restart twice.

mine has been on for 706:51:25 and it shows, the gps takes forever to work, or sometimes doesnt, i was going for 1000h hrs, but im thinking about rebooting the phone, what do you think?
 
I was over 1100hrs up time before I had to reboot cause widow was stuck in starting mode. My brother is at 1300hrs up
That is until he gets the 2.1 ota
