when are we getting 2.1????????

The Samsung Moment official 2.1 upgrade was leaked to a user of another forum. I know the Moment doesn't have touchwiz, but I guess its a sign Samsung is working on things.

Yeah, they are working on things... for the moment (lol yeah that pun was intended).
 
My uncle's barber's mailman's babysitter's brother-in-law works for Samsung, he says we'll be getting 2.1 next week. That, and unicorns.
 
I actually think 2 months at this point is a good estimate, though I doubt any source that says anything. The Moment 2.1 was just leaked and is to be officially release this month. However it does not have the TouchWiz interface.

We'll see, but I feel more confident now that we will be getting an upgrade by summer.

Does anyone know if the Unicorns will be Bluetooth enabled, or do you need to buy a standard equine USB adapter?

Seriously, my money is they start the "beta" OTA release fourth week of May. But anytime earlier that late July wouldn't surprise me.

true but even if we do port it the android market for korea took out the games section... and who in the us would be able to get their hands on one and port it? and also thats assuming that touch wiz 3.0 would work with ours... If we get officially upgraded to 2.1 we may not be getting upgraded to touch wiz 3.0 which actually looks a lot better than ours.

I bet TW 3 is the only version that will be available for OS 2.1. I also assume that development of TW3 is what is delaying release of our firmware.

That is possible, I hope Samsung does upgrade to TW 3 with 2.1 plus it would make sense after all I mean why upgrade only half of the product when half of the product is more than partial to its selling point.
