Help when i open the machine few minute the machine will Auto off

i am amsung galaxy tab GT P1000 user, when i open the machine few minute the machine will Auto off, i can not operate the machine again, i must hit the power switch long time to re start the machine again, can you tell me how to reset turn off by my self, NOT AUTO OFF, many thanks

Hello Davywoo, and welcome to the forums.

Sometimes a low battery can cause that behavior, and that is a good place to start with troubleshooting the random shutdown problem.

The battery meter may not be accurate, and could be showing your battery having a percentage of remaining charge that is not really there.

Attach your charging cable to the device and to a good electrical outlet, and allow it to charge completely. That should take between one and three hours or so.

Then test the device for the shutdowns. If they still occur, post back about that.

The power is full, that the problem is the touch panel function is OFF, i can not operate any function that i can see on screen, then i try to hit the power button to restart to operate, but can not, i must turn off then re-start the machine again, Thanks

I have the same problem and will appreciate any assistance from the gurus. How do I reach the touch panel auto function to correct the problem
