im trying to do a fresh flash but every time i wipe everything it installs the rom with all the apps i previously had installed how to not have that happen?

On Joneidy's recovery, you cannot wipe or backup the EXT3 partition, you have to repartition SD again. (but back up on comp first).

You can use GNM's recovery which will let you wipe and backup EXT3.
