Help When is it arriving??

I got my nexus 4 seconds after it came out, that was smooth an easy. At that moment the bumper wasnt even up yet and I didnt want to risk going back to get it so I just got the Nexus at that moment. When I came back I was stuck in the shopping cart for about 30 mins trying to process the order. I FINALLY DID!



Ok anyways, I got the general 2 day shipping time, and I live in Los Angeles. But I just got an email from google saying that if I wanted to cancel the order I would have to do it withing 24 hours, after which they would ship it to me. Does that mean I am not going to be getting this device until possibly after the weekend, or thursday or friday?

Someone help! I need it by thursday! If not I have to come up with a new plan because I am leaving on a trip

I am in Texas and I called Google about it. They said most likely Friday or Monday. Thursday is not likely.

You could try calling them and see if you get a different response.
 
I ordered the 16 GB Nexus and when I check back on google play and google wallet, it indicates that the expected shipping date (at least in my case) is the 15th of November. I'm not expecting it before Monday at this point - anything earlier will be a treat.

Does your order say pending in Google Wallet?
 
I'm in the UK and have received a note from Royal Mail (the wife was out) and the only thing I am expecting to be delivered is my phone! I actually can't go and get it until tomorrow evening anyway :(

I confess that I ultimately didn't order on the first wave because I am leaving this week-end for a week and I decided the odds of getting it before I left were slim. It killed me to wait. Hope I don't have to wait too long for it to come back. Love it if I could order it towards the end of my trip.

However, in your case, see if you can arrange something. Either a neighbor you trust or find out who the shipper is (information should be available when it ships) and arrange with them to hold it until you get back.
 
Google Wallet still says Pending for me. Shipping estimate is the 15th, but in the email confirming my order it said 3 - 5 business days. No tracking number as of yet.
 
Next week is OK, well not really but I'm busy tonight so no time, tomorrow and Friday at a loose end in the evenings. Weekends are always busy with family, kids etc (but gives me a chance to see if I can get my SIM cut in town) so Monday wouldn't be that bad from a certain point of view...
 
Just got off the phone with Google Play support. The rep said that I should get a tracking number sometime later today, and that I should receive it between Friday and Monday. In the follow-up email, however, the rep said that she can confirm that it has already shipped. So tracking numbers should start coming in later today hopefully.

Go the Nexus 4 order page and scroll all the way down. At the bottom of the page should be a link that says: My Orders & Settings

Under Satus is should say - Shipping estimate: November 15, 2012 and Info right under it. If you click info it will take you to Google Wallet.

This would be awesome. My fiance is off tomorrow so she should be home to get it if it comes, then I can sell my Note faster to get this paid off.

Now my hopes are all up lol
 
They should all say November 15th (if you bought it on the 13th) because they advertise that it will ship within two days.
 
Google does say allow up to 2 days for processing and my order still says Pending in Google Wallet. If I don't get an email early tomorrow with a tracking number i'm calling Google.
 
Why is everyone skipping Saturday? Talking to the ups guy at work, he tells me only express deliveries are made on Saturday. As far as I know, especially from ordering on amazon with prime, two day express is....express. I've gotten many shipments from amazon on Saturdays.

Whoops, Your right! When I sign into the play store it says Nov 15th. I was going by my email...All good.
