Help when L2TP/ipsec crt is in use samsung galaxy s 2 will crash

Hello All,

Today i configured new VPN with L2TP/IPSec Crt.

I established connection with this VPN.

Opened browser, either Dolphin HD or Firefox 6.

Typed in search something, in google search, when i get the results, phone hanged and restarted itself.

This happened to me already 3 times in a row.

Has anyone experienced the same?

Im on 2.3.3.
 
I am facing the exact same problem.

I have configured L2TP / IPsec VPN account , when I connect to the VPN the phone restarts and I cant browse or open any site ..


anyone has an advise.

Same problem here.
I have a Galaxy S2 and my phone hangs up and/or reboots after a while when using L2TP IpSec with PSK VPN. If I use PPTP, it works fine.
Problem is, with my carrier (China Unicom), only L2TP works... and I'm in China, so VPN is very important for me...

I tried several ROMs and kernel (2.3.4), including stock kernel and also the latest stable CM7.1 release yesterday, to no avail...

I'm getting a bit desperate about this issue.
 
There is something positive in all your crashes...i am not the only one! ;)

But i still havent found a solution. I even posted on XDA Developers, but no response from there so far.
