Root When should I factory reset?

Hey everyone!
So last time I did a factory reset is when I originally rooted which was GSB 1.6, now I am flashing 2.1 as we speak.
The phone has been fine, nothing weird has happened, but just wanted to know when would be a good time to factory reset. I feel like it is inevitable at some point here!
Also, I just moved some of my apps2sd. Facebook and Twitter need to me to relogin everytime I reboot my phone...is it because it is in the SD card now?

Generally, Workshed will announce with the update when a full data wipe is recommended.

Here is what I do: I do a Nandroid of what I have, a Dalvik wipe (probably unnecessary, but it doesn't hurt) and then I just flash GSB and gapps over what I have with a wipe. If everything works on restart, I just continue on. If I start having problems, I just go back and start over with a data wipe.

It could be. Try moving them back and see if things are better.

If you have Titanium Backup (this may be with only the pro version), one of the batch options is to integrate updates of system apps into ROM. This would be perfect for Google Maps, which is over 9 MB and probably as big as Facebook and Twitter together. Gmail may also be a candidate for this. (In other words, when you flash the gapps .zip file, it puts apps like Gmail and Google Maps into /system, or a different area from where your user apps are stored, which is /data. However, if there are market updates to these apps, they are installed in /data. This Titanium option replaces what it in /system with what was installed into /data and gives you some more room.)
