I currently have a moto backflip(first android phone) when i upgrade to the atrix, will i be able to redownload all my paid apps? If so, how?

If you use the same Google account on the Atrix then you will be able to download all of your paid apps. They should show up under your Downloads in the the Market.

You may also want to use App Dragon from the market to create a current list of your apps and/or AppBrain so you can redownload your free apps.
