I've been waiting to see this thread, I remember seeing people say that once they got flash with froyo that they'd be happy. It'll come when it comes. But mark my words, once Gingerbread drops, it won't be long until someone posts up asking about the next update. My droid2 came with 2.2 but then it asked me to update 1 week after I got it. Weird, really weird.
It's just another rumour. Hopefully it will be, but in reality, we just don't know.
Of course. That is human nature! The thing is, at this point, I am far more looking forward to honeycomb than gingerbread. Gingerbread isn't delivering anything I can't live without right now. Honeycomb on the other hand, of course I COULD live without, but I wouldn't want to!
im still stuck on 2.1 :/

slow down android, some people are still only on 1.6, 2.1 etc!!!!

Honeycomb (3.0) is for tablets, we won't see it on phones.
