When will the Galaxy S2 hit the US Market? Any one have an idea?
Also, any clue whether or not it'll be the same as the GS2's already released in other countries? Same cases, same specs, same batteries, etc...
The 1st Samsung Galaxy S2 in the U.S. Will be The Epic 4G Touch for Sprint, coming September 16th. The internals are pretty much the same but there are some minor (and major) differences.
-4.52 in. Super Amoled Plus display compare to 4.3 (Although the phone itself is barely noticeably bigger)
-Thickness is 9.59 compared to 8.49 (Mostly because of hump on back, still very thin)
-Notification LED on front
-4 capacitive buttons instead of 2 and physical.
-No dedicated camera button
-Since its on Sprint, WiMax 4G instead of HSPA+
-1800 MAH battery compared to 1650 MAH
-Slightly more rounded corners, but not as rounded as leaked Hercules (IMO looks better than International version)
Pretty much everything else is the same, I actually like it better than the international version because of the big screen, bigger battery and Notification Light. The T-mobile version will be pretty much the same except without Notification light, And AT&T version will be 4.3 in. With no Notification. Neither have a release date.

Edit: Actually the AT&T SGS2 is supposedly being released September 18th.
