When you see another Evo owner, do you strike up a conversation ?

Yes, when I see someone else at a store or on the street with an Evo, I cant help but strike up an Evo conversation ! We talk about Apps, settings, Camera, pretty much anything !

I also have not seen another Evo owner since launch, and then I was jealous because he was getting his first, and he didn't want to talk anyway, cuz he was in such a hurry to get home with his precious Evo, but I understood.

Yes, I have two relatives and two neighbors that are evo users. Interesting that a couple of them are like Iphone users and don't bother with trying to tap into all of the features( being able to customize) android offers. One of my neighbors and I are both on vacation this month and very lazy so we communicate using skype via Fring. My other neighbor and his wife just got the iphone 4 and we have a good time teasing one another over who has the better device.

I saw this one guy on an airplane and told him "Wow you have a really nice phone" and he was like "Oh yeah it's awesome" and I showed him mine, and he said "Oh sweet you have one too!"

i live in Houston too and I see them all over the place. I have only talked to one of them only because I wanted to know where he got his case. Him and his wife both had one and they were an older couple that just went on and on like two little kids with brand new toys yelling me how jealous their kids were of their new phones. It was funny as hell! Just great to see the older crowd really get into technology.

I have been watching this phone since they teased it on the website six months ago. I researched MANY different phones and kept coming back to this one. I finally got my hands on one last week when Sprint.com got more in. BUT, two weeks ago, I was in the movie theatre and saw a girl in front of me whip her EVO out and start playing with it. I leaned up and started a conversation with her BEFORE I even owned mine! 😆 Of course she loved it. Now my brother has one so we both feed off of each other And if I do see another one somewhere, I will be initiating conversation. I live in an area that has NO sprint outlet, the only way to get an EVO here is to order it online, so it would be very cool if I saw another one in my hometown.
