Help Where are advanced settings

I have been advised on a couple of occasions to set 'Enable Plug-ins' to on-demand rather than always on. I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus with ICS.
I cannot find this option in Settings. I was told that it is in advanced settings, but I can't see advanced settings in the settings.
Any ideas?

Are you talking about setting in ICS browser? Then you need to go into setting in browser, not the general android setting. Advanced setting is in browser settings.
