Help where are my apps

[boatman]

just got my charge from costco. told me to come in with coupon next week and get $120 off.

however after logging into my google account, and backup assistant, my apps are not here! I thought they downloaded automatically. How to get them?

anyone? i logged into my market account, i can see samsung i510 linked. i downloaded an app, it does show up on my charge. but why don't my apps come over. do i need to download each app individually?

also, there are only 5 screens of apps? is this why my apps are not showing up because they are all filled up with pre loaded apps. help pls.

from my understanding, the backup assistant is only contacts, not apps.

and if you need more space get a different launcher, the stock one sucks. get launcher pro, or adw

savan, thanks for responding. backup assistant is only contacts.

however, the android system knows all your apps, and if you change devices, they should download automatically. if you goto market.android.com and login, you will see your devices and apps. my new device shows up, it shows the apps, but the apps are not on my phone!
