Help Where are the different notification ringers?

Ok, call me stupid but I can't figure this out

I know how to change my "notification" ringer which is my text

I know how to change my standard ringer

I know how to assign ringers to contacts

Is there a way to change my ringer for Google Talk and E-mails? I can't figure any of those out

For emails: open email app, click settings, notifications, and on the bottom there is the option for silent or r anything else you have.

When you set your notification tone in settings -> sound and display, that sets the default notification tone.

But...you can go into the individual apps (messaging, gmail, talk, etc.) and press menu, and go into their individual settings to change what notification tone they use.
