Help Where are the Power options - Fastboot

Hello all ...

I'm setting up the phone and the proper files needed to flash and root my Incredible S.

To do that, i am following the Cyanogenmod guide.

At step 2. it says:

"Disable fastboot on the HTC Incredible S (Settings
 
Power options are now under Applications (if, I believe, you have the 2.3 OTA or manual update)

Settings > Applications (uncheck at the bottom)
