Where are the sync options?

In all the android phones i've owned (for as long as remembered) there was always a tab in the settings with "Accounts and Syncs" that let me set what intervals my account synced (ie: gmail, facebook) but all I see is accounts tab in the setting...anybody know what happened to the sync tab preferably for the motorola weather widget
