I like to know from where I can download GpsSamsungRestore to fix the GPS issue in my Android?

It is not available at Apps Store.

I Am Having Difficulties Obtaining An Accurate Location Fix. How Can I Increase The Accuracy On My SGH-t959 (Vibrant) Phone?

It's in the market. I just type gpsrestore

I downloaded it last week, it's there. I typed in "GPS Restore Samsung" to get it. The developer is "SamsungMobile".

Just to make sure, you DO have a Galaxy S device, right? haha. Some apps won't show up for you if your device isn't on the supported list.
