Help Where can I get actual support?

Does anyone know where you can get usable support on the Stratosphere?

When you post an issue here you usually get other peoples agreement or disagreement about the issue and not really any help.

Any sources?

I would assume from your Service Provider or Samsung. Those would be good places to start.

Actually those are the worst places to go. You would get more usable info from a rock than you can from Verizon and Samsung, although they make the thing, they haven't a clue about the little idiosyncrasies of using it.

Yes I had but thanks,,,,some good info there...especially about the refurb'd units.
