Root Where can I safely download AllyRR (Root and Recovery Tool)

I am trying to reload my stock rom on my LG Ally. I deleted a couple things I shouldn't have . I need to get Allyrr.rar downloaded. The link provided in the guide no longer works . I have tried a couple places on google and my anti virus deletes them as soon as I download them. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello and welcome to the forums . I see you having a problem with a lg device . You can find this at the lg electronics.com at this site you will goto the mobile devices and then you can scroll down to your carrier and then to the device . Download the drivers and then you can update your recovery . This will take you to the latest stock firmware that is out for your phone. You have any problems post back for help .
