Root Where did my contacts go?

I just moved from the "8/26 leak lite" ROM to the Virtuous ROM. Did a full nandroid and Titanium, installed the ROM properly and did a full Titanium restore... Got a few force closes of random processes along the way, which I think may have something to do with the issue here... Anyway my phone contacts are all missing. When I try to restore them from the VZW backup assistant, it spins around a little bit saying "Backing up" and then insists it was successful. My contacts are still nowhere to be seen. I've tried restoring "contacts storage" individually from Titanium, no luck.

Anyone got any ideas what's going on here, or am I just gonna be backing down to my nandroid backup at this point?

Have you tried to restore your google contacts from google? Why do you use Backup assistant???

Log in to your account on Verizon's site and you can access them there, and save them to your computer.
