Root where did my market go? HELP!!!

I rooted my evo, put RCMix Runny rom on my phone, and I realized it has no market pre-installed. how do I get my market back? I'm new to rooting/roms, but I can't even get to the apk's on my sd card because I can't install an app to get access to it. now what do I do?

I had to reflash the rom and it came up. Then Google voice wouldn't work, so I reflashed again... now all is right in the world! :-D
