Root Where do I download CWR AIO?

Newbie
So im using the noob guide to rooting and it says to download a CWR AIO file and it's in the LG Esteem Root section. Well, I'm looking all over for it and can't find the link can somone tell me where it is?

Are you trying to flash a clock work recovery ?

Once your device is rooted you can go on the phone and open Google Play store ( market) and download Rom Manager . After you install it you should first click flash CWM and them select LG esteem as your phone , assuming thats the phone you have . after it flashes it, your done. You can go to cwr from rom manager too :)
