Where do I get that Text Clock Widget?

I've been seeing people online that are using a clock widget that spells out the time in words. It is very cool but I can't seem to find it. They also have the same thing for battery levels.

Any ideas.

Is it possible to get a transparent background on these? Seems like they all have box around them.

There is a setting called "display background" just un-check it. You can also change the background color if you were so inclined.

Check and uncheck a couple times. Does it to me sometimes as well.
