Where do US Nexus 4 orders ship from?

I ordered on the 27th of November when they came back in stock and received a shipping notice at 1:32 AM PST. I know that two day shipping is the only option, but I'm still concerned it won't be here by Friday (I fly out of the state Saturday). My tracking number isn't active yet and I know that can last more than a day when labels are created but items aren't actually shipped so I'm curious where US orders are coming from and what the typical transit time is. Thanks!

Mine was also Kentucky. I've read some folks further West had theirs come from Texas.

I got mine the next day.
The box said "2nd day air" but was "upgraded" so I got it next day.
I actually got the shipping email an hour after I had it in hand.

I ordered mine on the Tuesday that it was released (I think it was a Tuesday) and it shipped Wednesday and I received it Thursday.
