Root Where do you get the fancy dock backgrounds?

I have LPP and I've seen some pretty nice looking dock backgrounds. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Check out the app launcher pro icons from the market. It cost a few dollars but its a cool app. You will be able to download custom docs and icons through the app, otherwise I think you can go to their site and download the same things for free (if I remember correctly). The app for streamlining the process. Check it out
