Where do you post suggestions for an android update?

Hi, last night I got an idea that android could add in an update.
But I have no idea about where I post it so the developers may see it?

If anyone knows were I should post it please tell me.
 
Post in an official dev thread. Most devs live on XDA and RootzWiki. We have devs here as well, but not nearly the breadth and depth which those sites do.
