I'm missing this bluetooth folder on my home screen too after the update to Sense 3.6

Long press on the home screen only will allow to create widgets, apps and shortcuts, no folders any more.

So I put the the bluetooth folder from the SD card directly as shortcut on my home screen
With my file manager (EStrongs File Explorer, free in Market) I went to SD card/downloads/Bluetooth, had a long press on this folder Bluetooth and in the context menu I choosed 'Shortcut'. Voila .... I had the Bluetooth folder as shortcut on my home screen.

Folders are created on the desktop when you slide one application shortcut over another...
