Help Where is caller ID? No "Additional Settings" option under call settings

Hey, I wanted to change my caller ID settings and every tutorial says to go to the "Additional Settings" under call settings, but I don't have that listed. I have a screen shot but since this is my first post it won't let my put links or pics. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. I am running 4.2.2 on a Galaxy S4
 
Change what you see when someone calls you, or change what they see when you call hem?
 
you'd think that Samsung could figure out how to enable contact names in caller id announce instead of saying the phone number

True that. But then again, I have in my contacts people with Chinese,, Japanese, German, Polish and Korean names. The way device pronounce them, make it pretty much unrecognizable. This would only work for Anglo-lingual country, no where else.

I suppose spelling out numbers it's just much safer choice and of course, very accurate.

Yes pretty much everywhere else it's standard outside the US. I bet Verizon makes you pay for caller ID separately while most of us - it's a non issue it's jus there. Just like the carriers used not accept phones that had wifi capability as they would lose out on data traffic. US consumer should make noise about the inequality.
 
With Sprint, you set it via the website's account page. I'm just glad you can set lines individually unlike the old days where all the phones on the account shared the primary.

Did you find out? I don't have the "addtional settings" either and my call waiting is not working
 
i'm not sure exactly what you want to accomplish, but if you go on the Verizon Wireless website, bring up your online account, there is a free option that you can add that will let you have an ID name show when you call someone else. I don't use it so I have no other details.
