Where is the android turn by turn app?

I swung by to take a look at the Fascniate today and couldn't find the android turn by turn GPS app. that is on the other Android phones like Droid? Did Att take it off or did I just miss it?
 
The Captivate is AT&T, the Fascinate that isn't out is Verizon. It's called Navigation, or hold down the search button for 2 seconds. AT&T did not remove, nor did T-Mobile.
 
If you download the latest Google Maps, you'll get Google Navigation as part of it. That's free, and probably what you want.
