where is the refresh button?

I can't find a refresh option in the browser? Sorry if this has already been answered, but I've done multiple searches from my little BB and I can't find the answer! Thanks everyone!

scrool to the top of the page and it'll show up or just press menu and then the refresh bar will show up.

Duh! Nevermind I just figured it out FINALLY! Why do I have to post a thread sometimes before I finally figure some things out?
