Help Where is the timer?

Is that gone since the update? I use to click on my clock and it would pop up. Now just an alarm clock there.

Not if you're using TouchWiz as your browser (that's the default one that the Note 3 comes with). Press the time on the pulldown (top-left), then press the time on the popup you get, and the timer is at the right end (alarm at the left).
