I have questions about Android on the HTC HD2 but don't see a specific category on this forum for that phone. Is there one for the HTC HD2?

This forum that you are posting in would be the correct one. Because this is a Android based forum for Android devices, and the HD2 is not natively utilizing Android, this forum would be where discussion of those types of devices would go.
