If your eligible for a a regular upgrade and not an early upgrade. You can check the usual places....Amazon,Wirefly, Best Buy and see who has the best deal. If you have an early upgrade or an annual upgrade you would have to get it through Verizon.

Amazon wireless just lowered the price on the Thunderbolt to $149.99 plus free shipping, but that's only for new customers. Not sure if you're an existing Verizon customer or not, thought I'd put it out there though.
