Where working?

Has anyone gotten the free version of where working yet? I have the apk but can't install because it says its already installed. I REFUSE to give ATT three bucks a month for something other carriers allow for free.

I have not rooted this one yet because I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have to exchange it.

Where is a free app that ATT has blocked from the market. The captivate comes preloaded with a branded version that requires the three dollar a month subscription. I have the free version apk but I guess I will have to delete the att branded version before I can install it.

All of my friends have it and it seems quite useful.
